Know your rights as a blogger

I follow the truly wonderful Photography is Not a Crime blog (who seems to be having an issue with his domain) with a true fascination of the legal battles photographers face today, but they are not the only ones facing a legal battle. Four years ago the EFF launched a Legal Guide For Bloggers to help those like myself who are either just starting to blog or those who have been but were unfamiliar with their legal rights. It’s the rule book for this game that every one of us should read to protect ourselves. You know the old saying.
A ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.
That’s what this is. Cover your ass out there people.
